Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Functions as the subject matter expert and strategic advisor to the executive and management regarding all personnel, organizational and management issues.
  • Serves as the consultative manager of Human Resource and Organizational Design, providing guidance on Human Resources policies, practices, opportunities, and direction.
  • Establishes and implements efforts that effectively communicate and support Operations, objectives, mission, and strategic vision.
  • Manages and coordinates organization-wide efforts to ensure that performance management (KPI), employee engagement, and quality improvement programs are developed and managed using a data-driven focus that sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic imperatives.
  • Develops and maintains effective programs for workforce retention, promotion, and succession planning, improve team effectiveness, systems thinking, personal mastery, employee engagement and continuous improvement.
  • Assesses, engages, coaches and trains leaders and staff to educate, enhance performance, compliance with regulations and recognise performance.
  • Ensures process improvement initiatives are understood, communicated, and executed throughout the organization.
  • Promotes desired organizational culture, which includes equity, diversity, inclusion, a healthy work environment, respect, transparency, and a consistent commitment to best practices.
  • Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven effective management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
  • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in training and development or organizational development.
  • Three years of training experience, and at least one year of management experience.
  • Experience designing and implementing effective training and development programs.
