$8K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

Responsible for the full spectrum of HR and Admin function, including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, staff welfare and training.

Spearhead all talent acquisitions. Advise the line managers on recruitment on recruitment policies and procedures, market trends and insights, selection processes and interview techniques.

Conduct yearly salary/benefit survey and maintains an up-to-date benchmark on compensation packages.

Oversee and manage the Performance Appraisal that drives hire performance.

Guide and advise the senior management on the yearly wages changes ensuring that compensations are in line with market condition and approved salary ranges.

Provide counselling services in order to help staff perform their job more effectively.

Provide guidance on recruitment, training and development, staff welfarism, compensation and retention.

Render advice to Department Heads and Managers on Human Resource matters in accordance to prevailing policies and procedures and country laws.

Requirements

At least 5 years of managerial experience in the hospitality / service industry

Degree in Human Resources or related field

Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics

People oriented, and results driven
