Roles & Responsibilities

Role Summary:

To provide full spectrum HR support for Equis including and not limited to running payroll, talent acquisition, performance management, benefits, training, employee engagement and end-to-end employee life cycle management

To play an integral role to suggest/implement best practices and participates actively in all HR and/or Company projects

Responsibilities:

Monthly payroll preparation for Equis staff and affiliated entities

Process and prepare HR/employment-related letters

Handle and coordinate all on/off boarding process including new hires confirmation and contract renewal

Take the lead in maintaining and updating SAP SuccessFactors and generating timely reports for management

Provide end-to-end recruitment support including but not limited to advertising, screening, coordinating interviews and arranging online testing

Prepare new joiners and induction materials

Act as the point of liaison with insurance agents for negotiating staff medical insurance

Conduct orientation for new employees on medical insurance claims process

Manage the outsourced HR assistant in Manila

Assist in the compilation of performance forms and training needs

In charge of work pass and dependents pass applications and renewals

In charge of monthly timesheets collation for employee cost reporting to Finance

Processing of HR-related vendor invoices

Ad-hoc projects and support in new projects or initiatives as required

Required Attributes:

Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent

Candidates with experience of working with SAP SuccessFactors will be given priority

Candidates with prior experience of running payroll for non-Singapore countries (such as Korea, Australia, Japan) will be given priority

High level of accuracy, reliability and personal integrity to uphold confidential information

Hands on, has a can do attitude, organized and independent

Minimum 10 years relevant HR experience

Good understanding of HR/ Payroll policies, process review, process design and systems

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act

Meticulous, able to handle a large volume of data on spreadsheets with due care

Able to communicate well with people at all levels

A team player with initiative and good interpersonal skills
