Talent Acquisition Center-International was established in 2020, and aims at providing recruitment solutions & deliveries across the world for different business units at TikTok sustainably. Our mission is boost efficiency, enhance globalization and pursue sustainable development.
TikTok is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Project Leader to support our Talent Acquisition Center (TAC) team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to support multiple international stakeholders to support our continued rapid growth.
Manage stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners.
Excellent stakeholder communication and the ability to create accurate data/metrics reports based on recruitment activities and focused on solutions.
Manage a team in different regions (EMEA/APAC/AMS) to guarantee hiring deliveryincluded but not limited to below:
1. Attract and identify candidates through online channels: job boards, internal databases, forums, local social platforms, and professional networks across multiple regions/timezones
2. Provide up-to-date, accurate, and value-adding market intelligence
3. Manage relationships and performances of external recruitment vendors where necessary
8 + years full life-cycle hiring experience with 3+ years of global people management experience as well;
In-house recruiter experience and agency experience are required, experience in HR general function is a plus;
Strong proficiency in written and oral English, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus because you will need to regularly interface with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Ability to identify and leverage data to drive and influence decisions.
Ability to work cross-functionally within a fast-paced and complex international organization.
BA/BS degree and above.
