Roles & Responsibilities

Finance and HR Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the Managing Director to handle full sets of corporate accounts of Singapore and Overseas operations, responsible for cashflow planning to ensure financial health of the company, and produce timely financial reports to guide management team in making sound long and short term decision and corporate HR management.


Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company operations, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.

Manage the day-to-day HR operations within the company , such as manpower management, training and courses, foreign manpower engagements, time control software, new local and foreign recruitment etc.

Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.

Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company

Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation for both Singapore and Overseas operations.

Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs.

Track the company project's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.

Seek out ways and means to minimize financial risk for the company
