Job Description

The successful candidate will join the New Human Resource System Project Management Office in SIA Human Resources Division. The role will be part of the Project Management Office (PMO) team to progressively deliver the multi-phase New HR System project globally to all SIA group employees over three years on time and budget. This includes planning, executing, and monitoring the project, and working with internal and external stakeholders to achieve a successful outcome.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, drive and coordinate project plan and deliveries with internal and external stakeholders
  • Establish and manage detailed project plans, scope, milestones and deliverables
  • Assess and manage project risks and mitigation plans
  • Conduct cost-benefits / business needs analysis, and identify key business challenges and solutions
  • Establish performance indicators, measure the achievement of desired business outcomes, and identify improvement opportunities to achieve the desired outcomes
  • Track, prepare and communicate regular project progress timely to project sponsor and stakeholders
  • Facilitate meetings effectively
  • Build and enhance professional relationships with all stakeholders, including vendors

Required Skills

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 1-3 years as a project manager/executive/officer, or a similar role
  • Relevant SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience will be advantageous
