The Job

This position will be part of the HR People Operations team and will support the daily HR operations for a Business Unit as well as the Group Talent Management team. The incumbentwill partner closely with the business group HR Business Partners and the Group Talent Management team and report to Senior Manager of HR People Operations.This position will be part of the HR People Operations team and will support the daily HR operations for a Business Unit as well as the Group Talent Management team. Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through recruitment websites and job boards to fill job vacancies in a timely manner.
  • Job posting management on the HRIS.
  • Conduct interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the recruitment process
  • Manage relationship with business unit, HRBPs and Talent Management
  • Work closely with HR Shared Services to handle the on-boarding process for new hires, confirmation cases as well as off-boarding process for employee exits.
  • Facilitate internal transfer of employees within the Group
  • Deliver HR services in an effective and efficient manner; identify and resolve HR issues within the business unit if required
  • Provide support in the implementation of HR strategy and execution of any supporting programs
  • Provide support in the implementation and execution of Talent Management programmes such as Career Outreach Events, Publicity Activities etc
  • Assist in managing other talent-related Government-funded initiatives such as SGUnited Traineeship, Google Skills Ignition SG and Microsoft Generation National Reskilling Initiative
  • Assist special projects, when required, including those related to the development and implementation of HR Systems and other ad hoc projects that may arise.
  • Provide administrative support as and when required
  • Requirements

  • Degree preferably in Business Management or Human Resource with relevant HR experience
  • HR generalist experience in fast paced environment
  • Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving and result orientation
  • Highly adaptable, meticulous and resourceful
  • Able to work independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
