Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive and professional secretarial and administrative support to top managementPrepare and manage calendar, internal and external meetings schedule and travel arrangementsHandle the top managment's personal and family mattersHandle full spectrum of HR functions in HK including but not limited to the areas of recruitment, compensation & benefit, performance management, training & development and employee relationsOversee office management such as office equipment & facilities, courier & delivery, document distribution, stationeries & materials procurement, safety & security and general house-keeping, etc.Perform other ad-hoc projects and as instructed by the top management

Job Requirements:

Degree holder or above in business administration, management, social science, or equivalentMin. 3+ years of solid, relevant experience serving top managementEnergetic, proactive, result-oriented, analytical & attentive to detailsExcellent organizational skills, compelling communication skills, & good writing & computer skillsMature with positive personality, high professional standard of integrity and confidentialityPresentable, diplomatic, & with pleasant personality
