Diversity Equity & Inclusion is key to Metas success. The Tech Recruiting team is seeking a strategic and hands-on Program Manager who will partner with leaders across Tech on the design, launch, execution, and management of a wide range of initiatives and programs. This role will focus on building strong engagement across a myriad of stakeholders in order to effectively hire underrepresented talent across Tech.
We are seeking a collaborative, innovative, and skilled Program Manager, with significant experience in Diversity and Inclusion recruiting, working closely with multiple cross-functional partners, and the demonstrated ability to influence and support senior leaders and key stakeholders. Integral to this role is the ability to be strategic, move fast, interact with multiple people at all levels across the organisation, be responsive, navigate ambiguity, and make an impact.
RESPONSIBILITIESInfluence, manage relationships and drive impact through a cross-functional, collaborative internal ecosystem of partners in Recruiting, Diversity & Inclusion, Legal, People Analytics and Technical business stakeholders Effectively leverage data to propose solutions, track program key performance indicators and insights. Identify trends, ensure projects and programs align to company Diversity Equity & Inclusion priorities and key research Prepare executive-level reporting on key metrics and project status and share updates regularly with recruiting leadership and other stakeholders Focus on creating tools and frameworks that enable Recruiting to keep the business informed and engaged in critical diversity hiring initiatives Propose industry-leading, creative solutions and influence leadership to take action Lead and support projects when appropriate from initiation through to execution in order to scale and operationalise Diversity Equity & Inclusion programs across Tech Recruiting and the business Champion diversity equity and inclusion internally and externally by approaching programming with diversity, equity and inclusion in mind on all initiatives
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS7+ years experience in recruitment, operations, and/or project management 5+ years of demonstrated Diversity Equity & Inclusion experience, with focus on recruitment of underrepresented talent 3+ years of experience translating diversity data and insights into operational plans of action Experience influencing cross-functional teams and driving a program/project against KPIs through to completion Experience partnering with senior leaders of management up to VP level
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSEffective interpersonal, communication and leadership skills in order to influence operational changes and maximize adoption of new ideas, tools and practices Ability and desire to collaborate and work with recruiting stakeholders across different locations and time zones Flexibility to handle multiple tasks concurrently with acute attention to detail and deliver high quality work Experience in fast-paced work environment and demonstrated agility during changes in priorities
