This position reports to the Chief HR Officer (CHRO) and is responsible for the effective and efficient running of the human resource (HR) function. The incumbent drives the culture of the organisation by championing organisational values and cultivating the desired culture of the organisation with other senior business leaders and stakeholders and has a sound understanding of the external environment impacting the organisation and provides strategic foresight and HR insights to offer innovative solutions in solving organisational issues.
