An exciting opportunity awaits, for a strategic operations leader, to drive holistic account hygiene, uncover commercial opportunities, and build/maintain fruitful relationships with stakeholders in APAC.

The Director of Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of RPO/MSP & Services Procurement. This includes managing client relationships, and RPO/MSP & Services Procurement resources; ensuring teams are achieving results, distributing resource responsibilities for appropriate requisition coverage, and serving as the escalation point for daily operations. The Director of Operations has the primary goal of ensuring ongoing success of programs under their remit.

  • Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders, whilst providing day-to-day management of all resources
  • Leading teams in multiple regions, as well as leaders and clients, assuring ownership of their assigned portfolio
  • Determine performance goals and expected business results for RPO/MSP & Services Procurement resources
  • Accountable for weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly delivery, with frequent monitoring and reporting on SLAs and KPIs
  • Will participate in program implementation which includes program staffing, operational process engineering, and resource training
  • Partnering with Business Development and Bid Management on developing commercial opportunities
  • Ensure client specific compliance and process adherence is met by team
  • Provide oversight of recruitment tool investment and allocation including job boards licenses, association participating, and networking activities
  • Hire, allocate and oversee the day-to-day workload of resources, whilst managing risk for all operational activity
  • Responsible for ongoing staffing requirements and training of new resources
  • Analyze business information and market to identify issues or trends, whilst developing and implementing solutions to overcome operational related delivery issues
  • Serve as point of escalation for day-to-day operational delivery issues
  • Partner with value-add functions such as GBS, to further drive value for our customers.
  • Qualifications

  • Proven operational experience in managing large teams that include recruitment delivery goals and ROI
  • RPO, MSP, staffing, or related experience (8-10 + years)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, drive and own their portfolio of accounts, whilst developing opportunities, and reporting on account hygiene
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and present to executive level leadership both internally and externally
  • Demonstrated ability to discuss strategy, business cases, ROI, etc.
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver, with a proven ability to add value as a consultant and advisor to clients and AGS employees.
  • Recruitment management experience (leading leaders, operational team, across your assigned region)
  • Understanding of local labor laws, compliance, and requirements
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, compliance, and metrics
  • Implementation and program launch experience preferred
  • Commercial experience highly preferred, such as managing P&Ls in partnership with leaders
