We are now hiring for an innovative and talented person to fill the role of Director of Human Resources in Hong Kong.
Director of Human Resources
Handle and manage the whole spectrum of HR and administrative related functions including; learning and development, recruitment, CB, employee engagement, etc.
Execute and implement HR policies and procedures across all levels, collect feedback and provide suggestions for continuous improvement to help align employees with the VMV of the business.
Deliver business outcomes by advising leadership on HR best practices and act as a role model to the rest of the team.
Foster a harmonious and positive working environment that encourages the use of all talents skills and abilities.
Oversee the whole staffing process working with clients and HR team to identify successful recruitment strategies in addition to ensure quality candidate selection, retention motivation.
Identify employee training needs and work closely with training team to deliver impactful development programmes for staff.
Engage in benchmarking and salary review develop cb policies procedures and practices manage HR budget
Ensure compliance with various legal authorities including: EO, Immigration, Labour Department etc
Streamline HR processes by devising HRIS and review necessary workflow.
Foster a positive and open communication style throughout the entire organisation.
Assist with ad hoc projects as required.
This job is right for you if you:
Have a Bachelors / masters degree in Human Resources Management, business administration or related disciplines.
Have a minimum of 10+ years HR experience experience with MNC, Education institutions advantageous
Are able to work with a high level of autonomy and under pressure and are willing to take on new challenges.
Have the ability to anticipate the needs of the organisation and provide proactive, self-directed solutions.
Have a high level of organisation, time management, and attention to detail whilst managing multiple projects.
Enthusiastic, passionate, and are able to instil others with a strong work ethic.
Have impeccable interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and is able to speak English in addition to Chinese (Cantonese Putonghua).
