Our client is a leading hotel group. They are looking for a high caliber HR Director to support the reginal corporate office that's based in Hong Kong.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a lean team, act as an HR partner with various business units to deliver HR services that meet the needs of the business
- Establish policies and programs involving organizing, integrating and directing all human resources activities
- Manage and supervise a team to provide all round HR services includes but not limited to talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations etc.
- Collaborate with CoE team to develop local total reward solutions, and talent acquisition strategy which identify, develop and retain talents
- Address talent gaps and needs based on business growth plans and allocate human capital resources appropriately
- Promote positive group culture within HK office to engage employees with support from office administration resources
Successful candidates should possess:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Human Resources Management or related discipline
- 8 to 12 years' HR generalist experience with at least 4 years managerial experience within the hospitality, retail and/or services industry
- Strategic yet hand-on HR leader with track record in leading team to support full range of HR processes and initiatives
- Strong communication, presentation and multi-stakeholders management skills
- Extensive interpersonal skills and capability to handle sensitive issues
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
