Your team

You will be part of P&G Global and Regional Human Resources Leadership Team. You

Regional Supply Chain Human Resources Team in Asia Pacific. You will work closely with Asia Pacific Business Team, APAC Manufacturing organizations and their HR Community. You will be part of Global Supply Chain HR Team.

As HR Business Partner:

  • You will partner with APAC Supply Chain Vice President and other supply chain business leaders to drive strategic business growth and build your expertise in one of the best HR organizations in the world for a company that lives its values.
  • You will benefit from tools and resources that help you empower our people and organizations to perform at their peak.
  • You will connect our people to P&Gs Purpose so they can touch and improve more lives and deliver stronger, more effective business results.
  • You will provide coaching and implement qualification for any new Supply Chain Leaders in Asia Pacific within the category
  • You will build talent pipeline for future leadership through effective talent management process and talent development strategies

  • Role Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree
  • Min. 10 years of working experience in Human Resources related field at multinational company
  • Experience of Manufacturing HR in a MUST
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience working with team from diverse countries across APAC
  • Experience in organization re-design, change management, and leadership effectiveness
