HR Business Partners are responsible for developing and implementing strategies and plans focused on human capital management, customer satisfaction and business performance\.
+ Effectively balances business partner responsibility with employee advocacy, and builds a positive employee relations culture and work environment\.
+ Acts as a change agent/leader and culture steward\.
+ Collaborates with HR Centers of Expertise to execute enterprise\-wide programs and solutions that meet business needs\.
+ Develops and implements plans and actions to improve employee engagement and manager effectiveness, and foster inclusion\.
+ Supports leaders as strategist, coach, facilitator and architect\.
+ Champions and supports Human Resources service delivery processes\.
+ Understands and utilizes technology to efficiently deliver HR systems and help people stay connected to each other\.
+ Support the growth and continued evolution of the business operations in Manila
+ Continue to enhance a strong foundational culture to represent the brand of Cardinal Health
+ Serve as an influential and business minded leader as part of Manilas senior leadership team
+ Develop the HR team to best support the growth in Manila
+ Create a leadership culture that drives continuous learning and coaching and a robust leader pipeline to serve the business now and into the future
+ Abide by and perform to the best of your abilities all functions, duties and responsibilities to be assigned by the company in due course;
+ Comply with the orders and instruction given from time to time by the company through its authorized representatives
+ Perform any other administrative or non\-administrative duties as assigned by any representative of the company from time to time either through direct written order or by oral assignment
+ Bachelors and Advanced Degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
+ 12\+ years experience in related field, preferred
+ Prior supervisory experience, preferred
+ SPHR certification, preferred

+ Provides leadership to managers and experienced professional staff may also manage front line supervisors
+ Manages an organizational budget
+ Develops and implements policies and procedures to achieve organizational goals
+ Assists in the development of functional strategy
+ Decisions have an extended impact on work processes, outcomes, and customers
+ Interacts with internal and/or external leaders, including senior management
+ Persuades others into agreement in sensitive situations while maintaining positive relationships
