Responsibilities:
Establish good cooperative relationships with various departments/units to provide solutions for manpower planning
In line with the business development, compile and analyse the manpower needs
Manage teams administrative works, include all files maintenance, reporting records, training records & teams events etc.
Manage operating budget of department, and staff performance & business result analysis.
Other assigned tasks.
Complete daily & specific tasks effectively & efficiently.
Requirements:
Degree holder with major in Business Administration / Human Resources is an advantage
3 years or above relevant working experience
Independent, self-motivated, organized and able to work under pressure with tight deadline.
Proficiency in common PC applications, such as PowerPoint, WORD, Excel & Chinese word-processing
Excellent communications and presentation skills
Good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written, and fluent in Putonghua
