The HR Division comprises the Recruitment, Planning, Talent Management, Analytics, HR Operations, HR Policy and HR Partners departments.
You will be part of an exciting new unit that will be responsible for reviewing, enhancing and developing progressive HR policies to allow A*STAR to be able to attract, retain and develop talent. The unit would work on policies pertaining to specific HR functions such as talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employer branding, awards to governance etc. as well as horizontals such as conceptualizing a career development framework, articulating a retention strategy and planning for workforce re-design for the organisation. With the opportunity to look into a wide range of policies, you will be pivotal to ensuring that A*STAR remains an attractive employer and is able to operate at a strategic and optimal level based on data-driven analysis and insights.
