Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Partner with management team to deliver policies, initiatives and programs that are aligned with the Companys mandate.

Manages and overseas the team in the administration of HR programs and matters.

Provides HR advices and support to the management team and all levels of stakeholders.

Reviews competency framework to ensure relevance to the business.

Recommend and drive improvements to HR operations and processes including management of outsourced vendors

Requirements:

Good relevant HR experience with at least 5 years in management capacity

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage people at all levels

Strong analytical skills and attentive to details

The ability to thrive in a changing environment

In tune with the latest HR trends, practices and technology

Candidates with both public and private sector's HR experience would be advantageous
