Hong Kong IslandPermanentOur client, a well-known corporate services division, is looking for a Human Resources Assistant Manager to join its dynamic team:Responsibilities:Responsible for payroll processing for HK regular payrollSupport other HR team to administer the employee share options schemeAssist in salary review & bonus process, OT & commission etc under SAPSupport MPF, medical scheme administration, system enhancement and process streamliningPrepare HR reports for management reviewAssist in annual budgeting exerciseReport to HR Manager and support on projectsRequirements:Higher diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplineMinimum 5 years relevant experience, with at least 2 years as Assistant Manager LevelExcellent professional presence at all times, including social conduct, interactions with staff and passengers, and written communication.Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and MandarinInterested parties please email a resume (MS Word version), with the expected salary and the job reference no. to krystal.wong@manpower.com.hk
