Develop and maintain CB frameworks such as job grading framework, pay structures, benefits schemes and incentive program
Manage the annual salary benchmarking exercise, continuous salary review, bonus recommendation and allocation, budgeting tracking, etc
Manage continuous performance cycle
As a data specialist, manage performance and rewards reports and analytics for line manager
Involve in HRIS migration exercise


University graduate, preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
2-4 years experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in sizable organizations
Experience in developing and enhancing compensation and benefits programs is strongly preferred
Excellent Excel skills, such as vlookup / pivot table functions; sensitive to numbers
Knowledge in VBA, Marco, Tableau and system implementation is strongly preferred
Attentive to details, well-organized and analytical
Flexible, adaptive to fast pace environment, and able to meet tight deadlines with quality output
