Job Description

The Role: Build the Compensation & Benefits framework and be involved in the harmonization & streamlining of payroll strategies & processes Conduct market analysis & salary surveys & implement market analysis to ensure internal & external equity & market competitiveness Roll-out & follow up of reward programs including the development, implementation, annual review/updating of salary structures as well as the annual merit process Ensure benefit programs are market competitive & aligned with the reward philosophy & the BU alongside with the creation & the implementation of incentive plans/benefit programs Provide internal professional advice & supporting the business in all aspects of remuneration & legislation Maintain positive & cooperative communication & collaboration at all levels Ensure that any company benefit programs, medical care, pensions, bonuses etc are managed efficiently & effectively, and monitor compensation laws & regulations in order to ensure compliance Comply with federal, state & local legal requirements by studying existing & new legislation alongside with enforcing adherence to requirements, advising management on needed actions The Person: Strong experience in compensation & benefits management & union negotiations Profound working experience with HR & Payroll Systems Acknowledgement of social legislation Excellent communication & analytical skills HOW TO APPLY?
