The Cluster Director of HR shall be responsible for providing guidance and support for the accomplishment of Hotel's and individual department's goals and objectives by recruiting, developing, motivating and maintaining a competent work force for bothJEN Singapore Tanglin JEN and Singapore Orchardgateway by Shangri-La.
Provide HR strategic leadership and full suite of HR functional and operational supports to both JEN properties in Singapore.
Take charge of manpower planning, budgeting and forecasting for the properties.
Take charge of both properties recruitment and selection, induction and orientation, learning and development, staff welfare, industrial relations, and all other HR matters.
Maintaining a highly engaging culture, motivating employees, fostering an environment with high levels of teamwork, accountability, communication, and vision to employees.
As a member of the Executive Committee, develops and implements hotel-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brands target customer and property associates.
