Job Overview:

Oliver Wyman are seeking a Campus Recruiting Manager to help the firm attract the best talent into to our Core Consultant Group (Graduate/Entry Level through 2-3 years experience) across the Asia Pacific Region. You will manage a team of recruiters and work with Human Capital specialists and consulting staff to manage end-to-end recruiting for campus/gradate sourcing across attraction, selection and onboarding activities.

You will be a key champion for the firm, representing Oliver Wyman authentically, advancing our brand reach and impact, and managing a best-in-class candidate experience.

You will partner closely with recruiters and key stakeholders to develop and refine recruiting strategy across the region, addressing expanding regional hiring and profile needs and helping Oliver Wyman be the firm of choice among targeted graduate and intern candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of recruiters across the region, providing guidance and support
  • Provide input into regional recruiting strategy alongside key stakeholders and lead its execution alongside team of recruiters
  • Provide regular updates to and manage communication with senior stakeholders on recruiting progress
  • Analyse and help drive improvement of local and global recruiting processes, standards, and programmes to ensure high quality and best in class recruiting
  • Be accountable for the delivery of certain elements Oliver Wymans Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging agenda throughout the recruiting process
  • Monitor target achievement for entry level and intern candidates and initiate appropriate measures to ensure targets are met
  • Oversee regional recruiting marketing and branding strategies
  • Oversee team planning, management and execution of campus recruiting events (i.e. campus presentations, workshops, networking sessions, competitions, virtual recruiting drives, offer celebration events etc.)
  • Partner with recruiters to generate and develop new recruiting marketing & event content
  • Oversee and adapt candidate selection and assessment processes including application screening and interview methods, criteria and tools, aligning with developing business needs
  • Oversee regional Intern Program in coordination with recruiters
  • Provide oversight for regional new hire onboarding processes, ensuring recruiting team connection with other internal stakeholders to support successful orientation and integration
  • Oversee and ensure the firms Applicant Tracking System (Workday Recruiter) is kept up to date and be a role model ATS user
  • Analyse the results of each recruiting season, including compiling cross-offer results, conversion rates, funnel construction, I&D statistics etc. and build reports for senior leadership to measure progress and support strategic recruiting decisions
  • Partner with regional Human Capital Director to oversee regional budgeting process
  • Experience required:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 6 8 years of Campus recruiting and /or direct sourcing experience ideal
  • Experience in management consulting, financial services or other professional services environments is advantageous
  • Experience with sourcing systems (i.e. Workday Recruiter, Taleo, GTI,) advantageous
  • People management skills and experience leading/managing a team would be favorable
