Job Functions: Bank Operations, Strategic Planning, Human Resources, Project Management, Training & Development
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and organize training programs to improve staff performance and operation effectiveness
Responsible for monitoring the progress of training to comply with external and internal regulator
Review and refine the customer experience, including evaluate customer compliment, complaint and Net Promoter Score
Participate in formulate, plan and deploy training initiatives in alignment with the business goals and direction
Liaise with internal and external parties in building collaboration with business partners to manage and support the business development, and report to superior regularly
Design, formulate and implement the strategies for people development to sustain the talent pipeline
Handle various ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in personal banking management and administration, including 2 years experience at managerial role
Familiar with the overall operation of the Contact Centre and process improvement
Excellent ability to work independently with good time management
Strong sense of ownership, stakeholder management and organization skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of Chinese and English in both spoken and written including Putonghua
Proficient in using the MS Excel, Words, and PowerPoint
