Our client is a US-based apparel sourcing company with its Asia regional office in Hong Kong. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for an experienced HR professional to join them.

 

We are now seeking for a HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide full range of HR services to designated Business Units in HK and across Asia
  • Liaise closely with senior management and head of departments on HR strategic advice and planning
  • Plan and development people development and talent management programs
  • Deliver professional HR solution to staff enquiries within the business units
  • Coach and guide line managers on performance management and staff issues
  • Lead any HR projects as required

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • A minimum of 6 years of solid HR business partnering experience
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills with different levels of employees
  • Strong business acumen with strategic mindset
  • Proficient computer skills in MS office applications and HR systems
  • Good command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
