Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The HR Manager will direct the key expectations of the HR Department including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, enforcing company policies and practices (including health & safety) and managing employee grievances.

  • Basic $4000 - $5000 (depends on experience)
  • 5 days | 8.30am-5.30pm
  • Location @ Jurong - Buroh Lane
  • Plant-based Food Products Wholesale Distributor
  • Responsibilities:

  • Perform full spectrum of HR functions
  • Implement HR Policy & Procedure, provide guidance and interpretation
  • Handling recruitment activities
  • Conduct employee orientation, on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Training & development
  • Monitor key HR metrics and reports
  • Liaise with Finance department for payroll functions
  • Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma in HRM or equivalent
  • Preferably 3 years of managerial experiences in FMCG / Food / Manufacturing industry
  • Excellent knowledge of MOM regulations eg. Employment Act & Labour Laws
  • Good knowledge of HRM/ Payroll software (eg Info-tech)
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills and decision-making abilities
  • Efficient and independent team-player, resourceful and able to multitask
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking associates
