  • Partner Operating Units to ensure that all HR policies, practices, and initiatives are in compliance and alignment.
  • Provide advice and support to business leaders on HR related matters.
  • Manage end to end recruitment cycle including sourcing, interview, salary proposal, onboarding and off-boarding activities.
  • Manage workforce planning to support business needs and be accountable for manpower budgetary for the operating units.
  • Manage employees' matters in areas of disciplinary and grievance handling and industrial relations matters
  • Manage HR operations duties in areas of preparation of all HR related letters, HR benefits and work pass administration, maintaining and ensuring accuracy in employee data, HR documentation, etc
  • Act as advisory point for line managers and employees on HR related issue
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, laws and employment standards, statutory report filing
  • Ensure employment policies and practices comply with local statutory and regulatory requirements by keeping up to date with latest changes.
  • Manage required audits.
  • Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Requirements:

  • Degree in a HR-related discipline with at least 6 years relevant experience from a fast-paced environment with strong background in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.
  • Good understanding and well-versed in Singapore Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act
  • Proficient in analyzing and interpreting data for different audience, strong attention to detail and good with numbers.
  • Good team player, self-driven, resourceful and is operationally hands-on with good initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively across all levels
  • Strong sense of urgency, high adaptability, resourceful and independent mindset with ability to handle complexities.
  • Proficient is MS Excel application (Advanced level)
