The key focus on the role will be supporting their commercial and operational leaders in Asia and Middle East. The role will be leading a team of senior HR professional in this region to provide functional support of this high performance organization.

This is an important role for my client in retaining and attracting the right talent as well as contributing to culture and leadership development of the organization. The HR lead is driving HR programs through the network of HR team in the region which consists of industrial and commercial sites. The position report to the VPHR of EMEA and Asia and as a member of the HR management team of the organization cooperates closely with other regional and functional HR heads. The strong liaison with the business stakeholders in the community in Asia Middle East. As a Senior HR Partner, you are required to maintain a high level of communication with management as well as providing support to management team in HR related issues that drive business performance through operational excellence. Moreover, you are expected to bring your strong industrial HR knowledge to coach management or managers to handle complex industrial relations situations.
The ideal Candidate you will likely have at least 15 years of qualified HR experience within a industrial organization with commercial and manufacturing operations in Asia markets. You are used to workclosely together with senior stakeholders and have experience of translating the business goals into HR strategy with plans and actions. You have a proven track record when it comes to manage, support and develop international HR organizations in a structured and process-driven approach. Strong cross cultural agility, global mind-set and a clear vision of people culture development.
