Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with senior stakeholders of business units and branch managers on manpower planning and talent acquisition to cope with business growth
  • Perform end-to-end process in recruitment from sourcing to new hire on-boarding
  • Assist in other human resources initiatives such as staff retention, performance management and provide professional advisory services to business units
  • Support in formulating, reviewing and implementing human resources policies and systems to be in line with company objectives and to enhance efficiency of the team

Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • Minimum 15 years HR experience with at least 5 years in banking industry
  • Experience in Business Human Resources or Generalist is preferred
  • A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
