Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Project Management Experience
  2. Lead the full cycle of selection process, including assessing candidate applications, interviewing, recommending finalists, offer management, reference checkwithin the defined service and performance criteria.
  3. Source candidates from multiple channels,screen and short-listing candidates to hiring department
  4. Interface with HR Biz partners and Hiring Managers to understand resourcing needs act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers & business facing HR across internal client groups
  5. Meets with hiring managers to discuss upcoming company needs and develops multi-faceted sourcing and recruitment strategies
  6. Creation and maintenance of candidate pools within the recruitment management system to enable proactive searching for future or repeat vacancies

Qualifications

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

  1. 8-10 years recruitment experience
  2. Experienced in candidate sourcing/management, research and market mapping in a regional HR/Recruitment environment
  3. Fluent English
  4. Superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external groups
