Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the organizations compensationprograms to maintain market competitiveness
  • Benchmark and analyze market compensation data utilizingMercer TRS/ IPE(Grading) and other consulting firms data
  • Responsible for the design and streamline salary structure,employee benefits and related policies and procedures
  • Provides advice to managers and employees on salarydecisions, policy interpretations and job evaluations
  • Arrange monthly payroll processing with the outsource team
  • Manage personal income tax for employees and expatriates
  • Partner with managers to manage employee performanceevaluations, feedback and career development progress
  • Represent the companys values and culture across all businessareas and promote a positive work environment
  • Conduct employee surveys by utilizing Japan Headquarterssystem
  • Develop and implement initiatives to drive positive workforceengagement
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions for APAC regions(Australia, Malaysia and Philippines)
  • Develop and implement a region-wide HR strategy that alignswith the companys vision
  • Handle/ Manage time to time requests from upper management
  • Advise managers and employees regarding company policies,values, HR programs administration and interpretation to ensurepolicies and procedures are handled consistently
  • Job Requirements

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management orBusiness-related field
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources
  • Good knowledge of employment law, regulations and HR practices
  • Proficient in HR Information System and Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to work effectively as part of a collaborative team and independently
  • Ability to build effective, productive relationships across the business andwork with accountability and integrity
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay organized and highattention to detail
