Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Lead a team to provide optimal operation support to the human resource shared services activities, aligned with the various legislations and authorities guidelines which includes but not limited new hires, confirmation, benefits, leave management, transfers, promotion, and resignation matters.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes including on time delivery of final salary settlement for payroll processing
  • Analyze and report exit interviews trends and make recommendations
  • Manage the maintenance of our Human Resource Database system
  • Support and assist the performance management process, review and documentation
  • Oversees employees relations. Provide advice and assistance to employees in HR related matters, employee counselling and grievances handling
  • Ensure compliance with rules, regulations, government legislation and to keep abreast of latest updates
  • Provide consultation in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Prepare report and analysis that reviews efficiency of workforce resources
  • Perform any other matters and ad-hoc projects that may surface as instructed by the superior
  • Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' experience
  • Excellent computing skills in Microsoft Office
  • Good understanding of labour regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholders' management skills
  • Must be able to multi-tasks and complete tasks with minimal supervision
