Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective mass recruitment strategies
  • Work closely with operations managers to understand their operation needs, requirements and budget
  • Conduct data analytics and provide labour market insights to review the recruitment practice and sourcing tools
  • Promote the company image to the market as the ambassador of the company

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 5 years of relevant experience, candidates with in-house mass recruitment experience / RPO agency experience would be preferable
  • Presentable, independent, adapted to changes and with strong sense of labour market trends
  • Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
