Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Group Senior HR Manager, the HR Manager and/or Assistant HR Manager shall be responsible to assist the Singapore Corporate Office daily operations as well as Group HR in the development and management of all Human Resource matters, strategies and initiatives throughout the various business units as well as worldwide.

  • Manage and oversee the on boarding of new associates
  • Assist to manage people development related matters and driving positive employer branding
  • Lead and manage all associates engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives for business units and corporate head office
  • Build a supportive and effective relationship across the various departments to improve morale and team spirit
  • Actively promote a wellbeing and caring work environment
  • Manage and oversee the Groups medical portals
  • Participate in all statutory requirement reporting
  • Well versed in managing and overseeing complex insurance policies and renewals
  • Regular review of the Group HR Policies between Corporate Office and properties to ensure compliance and adherence to the policies
  • Assist to oversee compensation and benefits, annual salary review, bonus, incentive, provident fund and shares plan
  • Manage and oversee the in-house Group HR system and e-benefits system
  • Coordinate with in-house L&D Academy on the training and development opportunity
  • Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of extensive HR knowledge and experience
  • High personal resilience and positive attitude in challenging situation
  • Strategic mindset and the ability to thrive in ambiguity
  • Effective interpersonal skills, hands-on, easily approachable and pleasant personality
