Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

To manage full spectrum of Human Resources (HR) & Office Administrative functions, include HR Planning & Budgeting, Payroll administration, Employee Relations, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Training & Development, Change Management, etc.


  • To develop and establish effective manpower planning, sourcing, integrating, and retaining the staff.
  • To devise and manage effective compensation and benefits packages to attract, retain and reward quality staff or talents in the Companies.
  • To develop and manage an effective employee relations and communications mechanism.
  • To develop and manage an effective staff training and development function.
  • Responsible for welfare and recreation programmes for the staff
  • Responsible for establishment and maintenance of effective human resource information and administration systems
  • To formulate HR strategies and align HR policies and programmes with Company objectives
  • Handle Day-to-day HR Operations
  • Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in office, including office inventories, equipment, mails, etc
  • Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management or Business-related discipline or equivalent
  • At least 3 years' experience in a supervisory role
  • Good knowledge in Singapore Employment Act and Statutory rules and regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
