Participate in regional project planning, HR business process and solution design.
Lead global HR business process and solution analysis and discussion to achieve alignment with the global and group-wide design.
Coordinate any local HR user activity required during implementation, such as, ensure specific local configuration.
Coordinate user acceptance testing, including partnering with IT in the preparation of test planning, test cases, test execution, test reporting, both locally and globally.
Coordinate data cleansing activities with the data cleansing team when required.
Coordinate data migration activities with vendors and the IT department.
Develop a Group change framework for execution
Manage change communications with stakeholders of HR community, policy owners, managers and employees
Digital Transformation Initiatives
Lead and exploit all opportunities for innovation in the delivery of effective, efficient and relevant HR services across ST Engineering Group.
Lead opportunity assessments to identify suitable processes for automation.
Translate policy intent and directions into workable IT solutions, and where necessary, propose new work processes to ensure the most effective and efficient method for implementation.
Facilitate the effective deployment of innovation and productivity tools in the context of the systems used in HR.
Collaborate with IT specialist and HR stakeholders to implement automation solutions to address pain areas.
Build an integrated employee experience platform using digital apps, case management, e-files, RPA, analytics and other advanced technologies to change the way HR work to deliver efficiency and productivity and to support ongoing employee needs.
Qualifications / Requirements
Degree with knowledge of enterprise cloud-based HR solutions and proven track record of successfully delivering automation solutions and streamlined work processes.
Preferably with PMP or CITPM Certification.
Candidates who possess a hybrid of business and IT skills and have worked as a BA in a HR department is highly preferred
At least 5 years experience in stakeholder engagement, project management and governance.
Proven track record in driving process refinement, improvement and change management.
Ability to match system technical specs and translate it to HR priorities and strategic growth opportunities.
Good knowledge and experience more than one of the following areas: Lean 6-Sigma, Design Thinking, Smart Automation (RPA/AI), Analytics (familiar with at least one BI tools), SuccessFactors.
Good understanding of operational processes in the HR functions.
Must be a self-starter and have hands-on experience in project management tools.
