Job Description



We are a well-established Group with diversified interests in property investment, property development, construction, property management, property financing and financial investment.

We now invite applications for the following position:

Responsibilities:

  • Support the whole recruitment process from interview arrangement to onboarding formalities
  • Assist work visa and travel visa application
  • Create and maintain employee data records, personnel documents and organizational charts
  • Support employee relations and corporate social responsibilities activities for the Group
  • Provide clerical and all-round administration support to the team
  • Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the management

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in human resources management
  • Detail minded, initiative and able to work independent
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Immediate availability is preferred
