Job Description
Supporting the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management team in IMDA, incumbent is expected to
1.Manage the full lifecycle of Internships, which includes:
a.Marketing of internship positions, shortlisting, arranging of
interviews
b.Putting up approval submissions for appointment of interns
c.Managing queries from interns and the line
d.On and off-boarding of interns
e.Provide support for the organisation of engagement activities with
interns
2.Coordinate and support Green Harvest initiatives, which includes:
a.Execution of outreach and engagement at campuses and
recruitment fairs
b.Providing admin support for the assessment centres and panel
interviews for scholarship and graduate development programme
c.Management of scholars and interns alumni communication
3.Support Talent Management related initiatives such as:
a.Lunch/tea sessions with Senior Management
b.Engagement sessions with High potential officers
c.Mentoring programmes
4.Any other duties as assigned by the Talent Acquisition or Talent
Management team
