BELLS Academic Group (, formerly known as AGB Education) is one of Singapores leading training providers, teaching employability-focused courses under its BELLS Tech Hub and BELLS Baking Studio programmes.

Over the past 14 years, we have trained 120,000 participants as our operations grew to +170 staff dedicated to serving our trainees at 6 training centres island wide.

As part of our expansion path, we are seeking a Self-motivated, Independent Assistant Manager to lead our Strategic HR Department and drive best practices in this field.

Key Responsibilities (in priority) include:

Drive recruitment efforts to support Companys growth. Candidates with experience in recruitment will be given priority consideration

Manage Government Grants processes including documentation and submission.

Develop Company-wide HR strategy, implement and upkeep HR policies and all HR-related procedures

Manage Insurance, Compensation and Benefits related matters.

Any other relevant corporate responsibilities


Bachelors degree in a relevant field

At least 2 - 5 years experience in HR field.

As this is a sole contributor role, hands-on and able to work independently is a pre-requisite.

Good knowledge of and able to handle labour and employment law.

Good communication and organizational Skills

Has an eye for detail
