Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are representing our client (An MNC Conglomerate) to look for an experienced HR professional to complement the existing team.


  • Support the performance management process, annual increment, variable bonus and promotion exercise by working with Market HR Lead on business unit level templates, guidelines and communication materials
  • Develop budget assumptions from analysis of complex data; overseas budget templates to support manpower budget process and HR due diligence for new business Development projects
  • Review overseas payrolls and ensure that statutory submissions to respective government agencies such as Tax, Social Insurance Department are done timely and accurately
  • Support Market HR Lead in HR business partnering activities including recruitment & selection, manpower budgeting, performance management, employee development and engagement
  • Work closely with Group to drive HR initiatives
  • Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience, with exposure to overseas HR management and Compensation & Benefits function
  • Experienced in both local and ASEAN employment legislations and HR best practices
  • Good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
  • Proactive and resourceful team player with an eye for details
  • Strong analytical, numerical and written skills
