Headquartered in US, our client is a well reputed multinational company with strong global presence. To cope with their growth across Asia, they are now looking for a C&B professional to join their Regional HR Team

 

We are now seeking for an ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER - C&B

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate with local HR members across different countries to ensure smooth and effective C&B operation
  • Review and develop regional HR policy and procedures, and ensure its compliance with local labour regulations
  • Formulate and design new benefit schemes to enhance the company's competitiveness in the talent market
  • Liaise with stakeholders and department heads on the review and development of incentive / commission programs
  • Perform salary review and market survey across the Asia Region
  • Participate in any HR projects as required

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum of 6 years solid HR experience of which a focus in Compensation & Benefits area
  • Regional experience is required and preferably with knowledge in local labour ordinance of different countries
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent numerical sense
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications
  • Good command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
