KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership
Leads the recruitment activities globally and develops staff in the recruitment team
Supervises, develops and provides guidance to the recruitment team
Financial
Manages operations to hit performance metrics for the team
Functional
Primary responsibility is to be a service provider and source for suitable candidates for the respective countries, especially for senior roles
Maintains an internal database of candidates
Shortlists potential candidates and shares the profiles with the HRBPs
For Singapore roles only:
o Manages the job advertisements
o May conduct the initial interviews with the candidates, and refer the candidates to the HRBPs and Hiring Managers for subsequent interviews
o Follows up with the HRBPs and Hiring Managers on the shortlisted candidates
o Makes the offer to the candidate and closes the recruitment process
Ensures references checks are satisfactory for the shortlisted candidates
Handovers the process to the HRBPs to conduct onboarding and induction
Maintains and updates a tracker for positions, statuses and other recruiting metrics
Interaction
Maintains working relationships with recruitment agencies and vendors to obtain a pool of candidates
Works closely with the Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) in the respective geographies to understand their recruitment needs, and forecast future hiring needs
Manages all recruitment issues and queries
Maintain networks and relationships with internal and external partners at the working level to keep abreast of the current industry climate and macroeconomic trends
People Focus
Continuously increases competency within the team to meet future organisations needs through the development and recruitment of talent
Assist the recruitment, selection, orientation, and training of employees in the team
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications
Masters or Equivalent in Human Resource Management
Experience
8-12 years of Experience in HR & atleast 4-5 years of experience in Recruitment
