Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is one of the Asia Pacifics leading flexible workspace provider, and they are currently looking for an Assistant Manager or Manager, Human Resources to join them.


  • Manage ESOP/RSU for the Group, including maintaining the share administration system, training to staff, seeking approval from panel for grant and vesting, budgeting for plan expenses, and working with auditor/vendor on valuation
  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process including tax submission for 400 local & overseas staff with our payroll outsourcing vendor to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage and track the annual staff cost budget for the Group
  • Support C&B projects such as salary benchmarking, benefits review, annual budgeting exercise
  • Manage government statutory submission & claims (eg: Childcare leave, maternity leave, NS etc)
  • Keep abreast and track relevant local labour laws and mandatory contributions
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Business/Finance/HR or its equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of payroll and compensation & benefits experience such as budgeting, salary analysis and share plan administration from HR consulting and corporate HR environments
  • Numbers savvy and eye for details
  • Strong in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors will be advantageous
