Job Description

About The Role

- Lead a small team of dedicated, caring and resourceful HR professionals on all HR operation matters such as recruitment, payroll processing, audits
reporting, compensation and benefits, and employee engagements
- Foster teamwork and a positive work environment through frequent communications and maintain relationships throughout all service units,
responding to questions, concerns and problems in an accurate and confidential manner
- Work with the Head of service units and Management to review and develop the manpower and recruitment plan, talent management and
development plan, including managing the performance review process and reviewing training and development requirements
- Review and implement HR policies and processes to promote good people practices
- Review and update the compensation and benefits plan according to survey findings and benchmark against the sector good practices
- Keep a pulse on employee morale and bring trends and issues, recommendations to Management

Candidate Requirements Technical Competencies:

- Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity
- Knowledgeable in Singapore employment legislation as well as current HR practices
- Competent in Microsoft skills, experienced in using HR software will be advantageous

Core Competencies:

- Good leadership with demonstrated stakeholders management skillset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisation and problem solving skills, able to multi-task and detail oriented
