Job Description

The Company plans to carry out regulated activities approved and regulated by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong and other investment business. With the total and committed support from a team of experienced financial professionals, we are well-positioned to offer clients a wide range of services, including asset management, securities brokerage etc. To cope with our business expansion, we are now looking for high calibre candidates to join usas:


  • Establish performance appraisal plans for Brokerage & Securities business, Futures business, Investment business, and Asset management business
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management and rewards programmes that attract and retain talent and drive high performing culture
  • Manipulate data and prepare sales performance reports and presentations for management review
  • Engage with Businesses and Functions to create a detailed level of understanding of service level requirements and look to create appropriate engagement and support for standards;
  • Work closely with internal parties on business operations and initiate on-going process improvement in particular for performance tracking and commission administration
  • Support periodic sales performance tracking, commission payment and related administration
  • Identify training needs, design and formulate training plan and programmes (internal & external)
  • Assist in other ad-hoc project when necessary


  • Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experiencesin area of Performance & Rewards, preferably in Banking & Financial Services industry
  • Excellent computer skills, especially with PowerPoint and MS office
  • Self-motivated as well as strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese especially Putonghua
