Job Description

Responsibilities * Responsible for HR functions such as talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development and organization development * Supporting Hong Kong head office and Regional office * Knowledge on company standards and provide professional advice to line managers on employee-related issues * Regularly review on policies and procedures to ensure the HR practices are of standard * Communicate and coordinate with training consultants on training programme and materials * Handle HR projects and support on ad hoc management reports Job requirements * Degree in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration related * 8+ years of working experience as HR generalist, focusing on recruitment and L&D * Mature, flexible, organised and focus on accuracy * Experienced in policy review; with regional exposure is highly preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; in Mandarin as a plus
