Job Description

You will be responsible for:

  • working with designated departments/ teams to manage the employee life cycle with an emphasis on talent acquisition of a wide variety of job functions in anticipation of the opening of multiple venues in West Kowloon Cultural District;
  • handling end-to-end talent acquisition process including job description review, sourcing and shortlisting applications, conducting interviews, partnering with hiring managers for selection and placement, collaborating with appointed recruitment consultants on specific search assignments, enhancing candidate experience and building our brand;
  • supervising job advertising activities and exploring effective recruiting channels including but not limited to local and international job boards, social media platforms, campus career centres, professional institutes and associations;
  • taking the lead in planning and executing recruitment initiatives, such as campus recruitment, job fair and career talk;
  • conducting employee induction and creating engaging onboarding experience;
  • supporting the implementation of staffing plans and delivery of staffing solutions;
  • providing interpretation of corporate policies and procedures to adhere to compliance and consistency;
  • providing advices to hiring managers and handling employees enquiries on HR matters; and
  • participating in ad hoc HR projects and duties as assigned.
  • You should:

  • possess a recognised university degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent;
  • possess 8 years of all-round HR experience; experience acquired from a multicultural environment will be an advantage;
  • showcase proven experience and knowledge in HR account servicing/ generalist role especially with experience in high volume of recruitment of different job functions and levels;
  • have sound knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and common HR practices, strong sensitivity to issues or crisis;
  • be a self-starter with high level of initiative and dedication to continuous improvement; be ready to go above and beyond;
  • have a solution-oriented mindset and demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to business requirements;
  • be able to work independently and partake as a team with great interpersonal skills to effectively interface with internal and external stakeholders; and
  • have excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, and be computer literate with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and HRIS system.
