  • Our Client, a regulated financial institution, is looking for suitable candidate to join their HR team.
  • Job Description
  • Provide support in full spectrum of HR function including recruitment process, salary and benefit administration, new hire orientation, and visa application, etc.
  • Prepare and consolidate various HR reports for management and head offices review
  • Assist in staff compensation and performance evaluation, taxation, personnel data and leave record management
  • Provide daily administrative support to the HR team and any ad hoc duties as assigned.
  • Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience gained from financial services industry
  • Familiar with Labour Ordinance in Hong Kong
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
