Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment and selection, compensation & benefits, learning and development, performance management ,employee relations and administration, etc
  • Handle recruitment issues including advertisements posting, short listing candidates, arranging and conducting interviews and offer contracts etc
  • Assist in managing the HRIS system and prepare regular reports
  • Support administrative functions of Human Resources
  • Support to organize staff activity, like birthday party, annual dinner, staff outing etc
  • Handle staff case
  • Assist in arranging and renewing insurance related schemes
  • Act as the first point of contact to provide one-stop human resources solutions
  • Support other ad hoc projects as required


  • Diploma or above in human resources management or related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years' human resources experience preferably in service or hospitality industry
  • Well versed in the Hong Kong labour ordinances
  • Good interpersonal skills, responsible, self-motivated and can work independently
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese/Putonghua
  • Good computer knowledge (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
