What effort do you need to make?
Handle full spectrum of HR functions with focus in talent acquisition and account servicing
Deliver pre and on-boarding process to enhance employee experience
Facilitate managers to identify appropriate people-related actions, such as peopleengagement & retention, performance management, change management, talent development, etc.
Plan and manage learning initiatives within budget
Back up for other team members as well as assisting in any ad hoc duties or projects assigned
Lets check if you are
Bachelors degree or above in HR Management or related disciplines
Minimum 6 years relevant experience with HR Generalist skillset and sound TA & account servicing experience
Work experience in a multinational environment is preferred
Strong communication and inter-personal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and related statutory regulations
